Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded, except where required otherwise by law.

Your Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By completing your purchase and accessing your download, you expressly agree to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m).

Before You Buy
Please review the product description, screenshots, and requirements (Microsoft Excel, desktop or Excel Online) carefully before purchasing, as we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Faulty or Not-as-Described Products
If your file fails to open, is corrupted, or does not match its product description, contact us at info@jsllever.com within 14 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement file or a refund at our discretion.
